Although my expertise is extensive as a naturopath, my focus in on this country's most overwhelming problem, weight loss. With 65 % of this nation is in this quagmire, and growing, the populace must realize you are what you eat. My recommendations are simple to understand and I plan on working with every one of my clients on a personal basis. I recognize most people expect immediate acknowledgment of their efforts, but in most cases admission of cheating on their diets is a factor, so you must be honest with yourself while on a program. When I use the word diet please don't feel as though you are going to be deprived of the foods you like so much, but instead, look forward to the foods you will get to include in your diet. This is where I come in with consultation and help with your control and efforts towards a leaner future. My expertise in this field is natural and I do recommend herbal, nutritional, and homeopathic remedies a long with implementing a rudimentary exercise routine that will help clients get involved in their own educational well being. The purpose of your visits is to see that your body as a whole is getting the nutrition it needs to help its self. Without your body getting its needed nutritional requirements many things can happen within your body's environment that can stop you from looking healthy, feeling vigorous and losing weight naturally rather than starving yourself. I put into practice many efforts that will fit you, because know one is the same. Nutritional typing is a variable weight loss practice that seems to be working with many clients; it is a new way of measuring your metabolic system that you were born with. There is an arsenal of natural weight loss techniques that I hope to help you with, rather than going down the medical avenue with medications, surgeries, and the end result is where you began. I don't have any quick fix methods, but if it took you many years to get into this state it will take some time to get back to a healthy weight. There is not a nutritionally sound way of losing weight quickly, but losing weight in a healthy manner will keep your weight off because as you lose weight you will be educated to on how to keep it off with lifestyle changes, good eating habits, natural supplementation, foods that make you lose weight and a state of mind that makes you feel good about yourself. All of this will help to ensure that you that you will remain healthy as possible. It was only 4500 years ago when Hippocrates said, "Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food."
